People's Music has a full array of band (all maintained by our favorite repair expert, Gino Micheletti) and orchestra instruments for rent as well as guitars (electric and acoustic), banjo's, mandolins and just about anything else that we carry. Our rental agreement states that 80% of your rental payments and 100% of your deposit go towards the purchase of the instrument you are renting. However, you may upgrade your rental at any time (provided we have an upgrade) and the rental payments and deposit you have already paid will transfer over to the upgrade.


  • Trumpets-$25.00 to $30.00 per month
  • Trombones-$25.00 to $30.00 per month
  • Clarinets-$25.00 to $30.00 per month
  • Flutes-$30.00 to $35.00 per month
  • Saxophones-$40.00 to $45.00 per month
  • Violins-$15.00 to $25.00 per month
  • Violas-$30.00 to $40.00 per month
  • Cellos-$60.00 per month
  • Guitars and etc.-10% of total purcase price.
